The FM120 ATV Flail Mower, part of the FM Series Flail Mowers range by Chapman Machinery Ltd are designed from the outset to tackle tough mowing tasks including mowing on rough, wet & boggy ground where a heavier mounted unit could become stuck. Built to be exceptionally tough, yet have a low ground pressure for easy towing, the FM Series Flail Mower can go where other machines cannot. Chapman use the industry-leading 21hp Honda GX630 V-Twin Engines, which offer unparalleled power and performance. All machines are fitted with a heavy duty rear roller to prevent scalping. The compact design of the FM120 self-powered flail topper keeps the mass low to the ground for stability, and allows cutting easily beneath trees and overhanging branches.
The FM120 ATV Flail, like all the mowers in the FM Series Flail Mower range are fitted as standard with a centrifugal clutch, allowing for safe & efficient operation from the towing machine. The centrifugal clutch gives automatic drive engagement and disengagement, and combined with the automatic tensioning assembly reduces maintenance by compensating for belt wear and belt loading. Heavy-duty ‘bx’ type drive belts last longer and are more efficient than smaller units used on competing machines.

Delivery by carrier
For most purchases of £120 inc VAT and over, we offer FREE delivery via carrier to UK mainland except for the Highlands and islands (priced separately by postcode). However, we only deliver ride-on mowers locally and use our own vehicles to do this, see below.
PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland for many of our machines and accessories; we may have to cancel and refund your order if we are unable to complete this for you.
For purchases of less than £120 inc VAT, there is a small charge of £6 inc VAT
Aspen fuel deliveries will incur an £18 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
Westermann brush deliveries will incur a £36 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
We will contact you if any other charge might apply based on location or product.
Our delivery service is operated by contracted carriers.
Larger boxed items would normally be delivered to you the next working day after shipping. This is a very reliable service and whilst most customers receive their goods the next working day it is not absolutely guaranteed as carriers can have logistical problems.
Smaller items that are shipped in packets for instance, will be posted and should arrive in 2-3 days. If you need these items sooner, please call us and we will endeavour to help where possible.
Please note that delivery can be anytime between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday. If you need your delivery to be made in a specific time slot, please call us to discuss the options available.
Next working day delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at our warehouse. Please call us to check availability if it is an urgent order.

Delivery of some products (mainly garden tractors and attachments) is limited to the local area as indicated by the list of postcodes below. Delivery is direct from our store in Swanwick using our own vehicles. One of our sales staff will personally contact you and arrange a convenient time to deliver your purchase.
