No you don't but if you'd like to be able to conveniently log back in again to re-order something else, then it is quick and easy to do.
We accept most credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) but not American Express. We also accept PayPal. If you are visiting us in store, then obviously we will accept cash too.
For deliveries in our local area, we will use our own vehicles.
If you are farther afield then it depends what you have ordered.
Smaller items that can be sent in a packet will usually be posted by Royal Mail.
Boxed goods will be sent by carrier, for instance TNT, Fedex, UPS etc
And larger, heavier items, that need to be sent on a pallet will be sent by Palletline or similar. In this situation we will ask them to use smaller vehicles suitable for delivering to residential properties and to use vehicles with a tail lift to unload the pallets. It is very important that you let us know if there are any circumstances that might make it difficult for a larger lorry to deliver to you.
Items that are sent Royal Mail will normally take 2-3 days from dispatch.
Boxed items sent by carrier will normally arrive next working day after dispatch.
Palletised goods normally take 2 days from dispatch.
If the timing of your delivery is important to you, please check availability of goods before ordering, as if we have to order from our suppliers, then these delivery times will be longer.
At the moment all of our suppliers are experiencing delays in sourcing components, packaging and containers for transporting around the world. This inevitably has a knock on effect down the supply chain to us, so please bear this in mind. Some extra delays may be unavoidable.
To help you decide which mower would be best for you, it's really useful to know how big your lawn is! One of our suppliers, Husqvarna, have a great tool that makes use of satellite mapping so that you can draw around your garden to get a lawn size measurement. Full assembly and PDI
All the machinery that we sell through our showroom is fully assembled and PDI’d. This means that we un-box it, assemble it and then run and test it as described by the manufacturer’s Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) guidelines. This ensures that it is running optimally when it leaves us, making sure that your new purchase performs to the best of its ability. We even dispose of all the cardboard and packaging for you.

We can arrange delivery for most items that we sell.
