Reach New Heights. The EGO pole saw makes ladders and tricky tree maintenance a thing of the past.
Work on those hard-to-reach areas with ease with the lightweight, telescopic pole saw from EGO. When fully extended it can reach branches up to 4 metres high and thanks to the motor located at the head of the tool, balance and ergonomics are maintained making this a very easy tool to handle.
With a 25cm bar and chain speeds of up to 20m/s, the EGO pole saw cuts through high branches quickly and efficiently, the handy branch-hook will also help to keep the tool steady and firmly against the branch being cut even when at full reach. The telescopic shaft is made from carbon-fibre making it very strong and durable and the tool free extension means it is very quick and easy to change the length at any time in use. It is also very easy to extend the reach by up to 2 metres with the addition of an EP1000 extension shaft; it is possible to connect two to the PS1000E giving you a potential total tool length of 5 metres.
Other handy features are the tool-free chain tensioning and oil filling, the felling line with LED light to help keep cuts as accurate as possible and an adjustable handle.

As with all of the EGO tools, it is powered by a highly efficient, powerful brushless motor which gives the performance of petrol without the fuss, fumes, noise and vibrations. It is compatible with any of the batteries across the EGO range giving a range of working times from 70 cuts right up to 340. The recommended battery for this tool for optimal working time and also balance and useability would be the 4.0Ah battery which would give up to 110 cuts.
