STIHL MS 151 C-E PETROL CHAINSAW: LIGHTWEIGHT BACK HANDLE SAW FOR PRUNING AND CARVING.
The MS 151 C-E is the lightest back-handle saw by STIHL, suitable for pruning, tree maintenance and other domestic jobs such as cutting firewood to length. It is ideal for use by demanding, occasional users and users within the horticultural and landscaping or forestry industry; t has a very precise cutting pattern produced by the 1/4" PMS saw chain making it great for snedding, removal and cutting of smaller limbs and also carving.
With its small size and 10" or 12" bar options, it is small, manoeuvrable and lightweight making it easy to operate and with the anti-vibration system, you can do so for extended periods of time. The 2-MIX engine is more environmentally-friendly and economical giving you up to 20% lower fuel consumption than regular 2-stroke engines and a significantly reduced level of exhaust emissions and with the compensator located in the carburettor keeping the fuel/air ratio constant, you get more power for longer. The air filter will have a much longer life meaning you do not need to carry out any maintenance to the filter until you notice an appreciable drop in power helping to keep maintenance costs to a minimum.
This saw really is easy to use with its tool free filler caps on the oil and fuel tanks and the side mounted chain tensioner, as well as the service-friendly air filter housing system, you can stay on top of regular maintenance quickly and easily.
The combination of a narrow guide bar and the 1/4" Picco chain offers considerable savings in weight and an improved cutting performance.
Also available in a 12" option here, both bar lengths give quick, precise cuts making this saw a great choice for smaller tasks that require accuracy and precision.
