The COBRA HT50LRH24V is a double-sided cordless hedge trimmer offering the best of two worlds; it can be used as either a standard hedge trimmer or extended via the supplied extension pole to become a long-reach trimmer. With an available length from 50cm up to 1 metre, it allows you to tackle hedges of varying heights and widths with the need for only one tool. The 50cm blade with 20mm tooth spacing, is designed to make fast work of most domestic trimming jobs and is great for larger hedges where a sweeping motion can be used for a nice, flat finish.
COBRA's 24V Lithium-ion batteries can be used in any of the compatible tools within the 24V range; supplied with a 2.0Ah battery and charger that can be used in any of the tools within the same range, makes this a great addition to the family. Runtimes vary with this tool depending on which speed is used; there is a choice of two so for normal cutting and longer runtimes the first speed is ideal, to tackle those tougher hedges and branches, simply select the faster speed for more power when needed.
The double-sided blades offer you a precise cut each time, the reciprocating action of the blades and the cutting edge on both sides is excellent for shaping hedges and keeping on top of topiary. It gives greater flexibility and allows you to alter the direction of the cut with ease without having to move around too much.
The hedge trimmer is lightweight and well-balanced, and with ergonomically positioned controls, it also very comfortable to use and with the adjustable rear handle that can be rotated left and right, it allows for ease of use whether you are cutting horizontally or vertically. It really is packed full of handy features and has been designed here in the UK for the changing conditions the British gardener faces.
