The Cobra Fortis fine turf cylinder mower range stands unrivalled when it comes to high-quality, professional grade cylinder mowers. They have been crafted with precision and are fitted with the 10-bladed cutting cartridge, grooved front roller and turf rakes as standard making them the epitome of excellence for use on large lawns and fine turf sports pitches alike.
The Cobra Fortis 25FTE is the largest cutting width available in the range and is powered by 2 10Ah EGO 56v Lithium-ion batteries giving a run time of up to 90 minutes and making it well suited to larger areas for extended working times. The large 25" cutting width, heavy-duty construction and well-balanced chassis make it the ideal choice for semi-professionals or those looking to maintain sports grounds or large, formal lawns. EGO's unique ARC batteries are designed to maximise performance, lasting longer, charging quickly and delivering optimal power and performance each and every time. The cylinder mower has a handy LCD display screen which is integrated into the control panel giving the operator essential information at a quick glance; this includes travel speed, a real-time summary of working time and battery level remaining.
It is quick and easy to start at the turn of a key (also used to keep batteries secure in the mower, the key locks and unlocks this compartment giving you added security and peace of mind) You can control the power delivered to the blades, choosing from either Eco or Turbo modes to best suit your cutting needs. The blades and the speed of the machine are matched so when the ground speed increases, the cutting capacity is increased meaning there is no drop in the quality of the finish.
Supplied as standard with the finely crafted, 10-bladed cutting cartridge, it gives a more precise cut down to 3mm which not only looks great and gives that bowling green finish but also promotes a healthier lawn. Featuring razor sharp hardened and ground steel blades blades which give a clean, scissor-like cut, it has a range of 3mm - 30mm which can be adjusted simply with the height-of-cut knob easily accessible on the side of the machine
Equipped with two steel front and rear rollers, it gives a lovely striped finish. The rear roller is rubber coated steel as well as being split with a differential allowing for a much easier turn while also minimising damage to the lawn from scuffing, and the front roller on the fine turf models is grooved as standard which means there is less contact with the ground; this combined with the turf rake (also standard on these models) which lifts the grass, allows for more grass to be presented to the cutting blade. All of these extra features work together to give a cleaner, more precise cut to the lawn giving an improved finish.
This mower is provided with a two year domestic warranty or a 1 year professional warranty for peace of mind.
