The CS30 is the first in the line-up of professional chainsaws within the OPTIMUS™ range; delivering an impressive chain speed of 26m/s and rivalling a 50cc petrol saw, it might be the smallest, but it certainly isn't underpowered.
It is supplied with a professional 46cm Oregon bar and chain but you can change the bar for any length you need between 41cm and 51cm allowing you to tailor it to your cutting needs. The slimline design and relatively low weight of only 4.65kg (without battery) makes it highly manoeuvrable and and optimally balanced creating less fatigue for the user. The other benefit from a battery tool (on top of no fumes, less noise and lower vibrations of course!) is the instant torque delivery from the 3.0kW motor allowing for full power right from the very first cut and increased productivity right until the last.
Other handy features include the Vortex air-duct technology for optimised cooling and high efficiency, as well as a removeable air filter with easy access for quick routine maintenance when needed. The large metal spikes allow for extra grip when in use, and there is a handy display with an indicator alerting you when the chain oil level is low and requires topping up.
