The LT1 range of lawn tractors from Cub Cadet are extremely versatile and may be the ideal choice if you have a large garden. If you are collecting, the oversized grass bag reduces the amount of time you spent stopped and emptying the clippings and if you don't want to collect, the side discharge option will eliminate the need to stop and empty the bag entirely - great for those larger areas of long grass where collection is not required.
Thanks to the user-friendly cutting height adjustment, it is easy to stay in control of the height of cut on the finished lawn meaning that even on difficult ground, the LT series will deliver optimum cutting results each and every time.
Handy features on each of the models within the range include:
- Central rear discharge. The grass catcher is constructed of a durable fabric designed for flexibility and to allow air passage guaranteeing air flow and perfect collection while the hardtop design controls dust and also reduces noise. When it comes to emptying, the telescopic handle allows you to dot his easily from the seat - no need to get off.
- Precise steering system. The steering of these tractors has been improved thanks to the use of precision gear-steering technology. This supports the user making this powerful lawn tractor extremely efficient and surprisingly easy to manoeuvre.
- Steel frame & floating steel or cast iron axle. The construction of all LT tractor frames are made of a strong steel which is fully welded and then powder coated for added durability and longevity. A pivoting steel or cast iron front axle helps to keep all four wheels on the ground even on undulating and uneven surfaces.
- Transmatic transmission. The Cub Cadet Transmatic transmission allows for shift-on-the-go speed control, simply choose the driving direction, set the desired basic speed with the shift lever on the dashboard and release the brake/clutch pedal. Push the pedal to slow down or press it all the way forward to stop, releasing the brake pedal automatically brings the tractor back to the pre-set speed.
The LT1 NR92 has a cutting width of 92cm and has a twin-bladed design for maximum efficiency and superior cut quality. The blades contra-rotate and work together with the Direct Collect system to drive the grass directly into the large 240 litre grass box to ensure great collecting results even in difficult conditions. This model is ideally suited to lawn and grassy areas of one to one and a quarter acres.
