The NEW EGO BA4480X 56V 8Ah battery is compatible for use across the entire EGO POWER+ range of tools.
This new addition to the EGO 56V battery line-up features Tabless Cell Technology which delivers 40% higher power output and a battery cycle life which is up to twice as long as an equivalent battery using standard cells. This Tabless cell design uses a different internal construction of the individual cells, each cell contains a huge number of parallel pathways which create less internal electrical resistance and as a result, generates less heat. This also creates more power which means a longer battery life and faster charging times - only 20 minutes when used in the NEW EGO PGX2500PB power bank.
Depending on the tool, you can mow up to 1200m², line trim for up to 210 minutes, hedge trim for up to 225 minutes, saw for up to 450 cuts or leaf blow for up to 300 minutes, all on a single charge. Once it is depleted, you can pop it on charge in either the standard charger which will give a recharge time of up to 145 minutes, or the rapid charger which will fully charge in 60 minutes.
The BA4480X also features built-in Bluetooth connectivity, a handy feature allowing you to manage your tool inventory and keep an eye on charge status amongst other handy features.
