With industry-leading Arc-Lithium battery technology at its heart, the top-handle chainsaw provides unrivalled power, torque and chain speed, whilst benefitting from long run-times and fast recharge, and with no pull-cord, no need to run the tool in idle and no hot exhaust, switching to EGO Arc-Lithium power makes more sense than ever.
To improve usability, the CSX3000 is designed for use with the ABH3000 battery holster (supplied with saw) rather than the battery sitting in the tool itself which improves ergonomics and optimises the all-important power-to-weight ratio. The safety-strop attachment integrates with the battery cable and belt or harness meaning there are no additional cords or leads required which will keep yourself and your team safe in the trees.
A unique chain-brake safety system is a combination of cutting edge mechanical and electronic technology which stops the motor if kickback occurs reducing the risk of injury. Additional features on the tool make working at height even easier – the Battery-Level Indicator Light alerts you when 10% of battery power is left, while the visible Oil Indicator Light comes on when the tool needs a top up.
Suitable for every tree-top job, the EGO Top Handle Chainsaw makes the task in hand, easier, cleaner, quieter and safer; it has a high chain speed of 20m/s and is supplied with a 30cm cutting bar although with bars ranging from 12"-16", it can be easily customisable for the job at hand.
