The NEW LBX1000 is the most powerful hand-held blower currently on the market and is part of the next generation of Professional X tools from EGO. With an impressive blowing of force of 32N, it puts the power of a backpack blower into a convenient and easy to control hand-held blower unit. With its new powerful brushless motor and high-efficiency axial fan, it delivers an impressive airflow and higher air speeds allowing you to tackle the largest areas and most demanding clean-ups confidently and quickly.
It has been designed with ease of control and transport in mind, an ergonomically designed handle located at the front of the blower allows for two handed use as well as easy pickup when moving between work sites. The speed of the machine is variable and lockable; when you have set the desired speed with the trigger, simply lock in place by pressing the lock button allowing you to remove your finger from the trigger. For those times when you need some extra power, the turbo button is conveniently located on the handle and will deliver and increase in power for as long as is needed.
As well as these features, there is also a user interface with a bright, easy-to-read LCD display giving the user real-time readings for battery life remaining and also status of the machine. You can see quickly what speed setting you are currently in, whether the speed is locked and the status of your Bluetooth connection to the machine.
Safely put the blower down on the ground without damage, the base stand makes it very stable and protects the battery and fan unit from coming into contact with the ground or taking the weight of the machine. A powerful LED light at the front under the second handle is handy when working in lower light conditions and allows you to see all leaves that need clearing away. A belt clip allows you to connect a harness or attach it to a belt which will help take the strain for those longer working times. The LBX1000 is light and easy to handle, weighing just 3.3kg (without battery) and when used in conjunction with the recommended BAX1500 Backpack battery, it becomes much easier to use for longer periods of time and over larger areas.
Part of the Professional-X range, this blower is designed to work all day, every day, with this in mind It is rated to IPX5 making it safe for use with water from a low pressure water stream allowing it to be cleaned after use and for use in wet weather. The body is also constructed from UV resistant composite and has active cooling for the electronics making it robust and well-suited for working in the most demanding environments. As with all machines in the Pro-X range, it comes with Bluetooth connectivity and can be connected to the EGO Connect & Fleet apps giving you full control and access to all of your tools usage history, maintenance records and firmware updates.
