Introducing the new RM2000E robotic mower from EGO. It has been tailored for lawns up to 2000m² and with GPS-supported navigation to assist with more complex lawn layouts or for guidance and navigation around obstacles, it is your solution for automated lawn maintenance. Three pivoting razor blades finely cut the grass little but often at a time depositing the freshly cut clippings back onto the lawn where they will break down and provide nutrients, acting as a moisture rich, natural fertiliser giving you a healthy, fresh cut lawn without having to lift a finger.
It has been designed to work with the EGO Connect app and includes 4G connectivity giving you the ability to access and manage the robot from anywhere, whether that be at home, work or even when out of the country. The Bluetooth function allows you to take control of the robot for remote control cutting both inside, and outside the working area - simply download the EGO Connect App onto your mobile device to give you access to your robot from anywhere. As well as allowing you to manage and control your robot, the EGO Connect App will also allow you to carry out firmware updates to keep your mower running at its best, check usage history, check maintenance schedules, and even carry out fault finding.
Other handy features on this robot include:
- Systematic Cutting: The mower will focus on small areas of the lawn at any one time to complete its cutting cycle more efficiently.
- Smart Docking: The mower will navigate its way back to the docking station thanks to GPS without the need for any additional guide wires.
- Lift & Tilt Sensors: If the mower is lifted or tips over, sensors will cut the blades for safety. It will also emit an alarm alerting you to its current situation.
- 3.5" Touch Screen Colour LCD Display: Easy control at your fingertips, locked via a PIN for added security.
- GPS Theft Tracking: If the mower is stolen or is removed from the cutting area, GPS will quickly show the location of the mower for swift recovery.
- Cutting Height Adjustment: With a range from 20mm up to 90mm and capable of cutting tall grass, all adjusted electronically.
- Rain Detection: You are able to prevent the robot from operating in the event of rain, keeping it safe and avoiding possible damage.
Unlike all other products manufactured by EGO, this robot is powered by integrated Lithium-Ion batteries so no need to remove to charge; when the robot requires charging, it will take itself back to the charging station and then start mowing again once fully charged. (The robot is supplied with a docking station and power supply).
