Maximise your options with the Henchman Hi-Step Extender. It offers you an additional 3ft of height allowing you to extend the total height of any of the platform ladders by a total of 5ft overall; it is constructed from Aluminium ensuring strength without being too heavy and it has been safety tested by BSI to 150kg.
Tackle a multitude of different jobs with just the one ladder, for some customers a smaller Hi-Step and an Extender will be the best solution allowing you to be ready for various tasks.
Whilst using the Extender, overall stability is not lost as extra bracing bars are included and a wider footprint is created. It is easily and quickly attached without the need for tools and sits between the adjustable legs and the main frame of the Hi-Step.

Delivery by carrier
For most purchases of £120 inc VAT and over, we offer FREE delivery via carrier to UK mainland except for the Highlands and islands (priced separately by postcode). However, we only deliver ride-on mowers locally and use our own vehicles to do this, see below.
PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland for many of our machines and accessories; we may have to cancel and refund your order if we are unable to complete this for you.
For purchases of less than £120 inc VAT, there is a small charge of £6 inc VAT
Aspen fuel deliveries will incur an £18 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
Westermann brush deliveries will incur a £36 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
We will contact you if any other charge might apply based on location or product.
Our delivery service is operated by contracted carriers.
Larger boxed items would normally be delivered to you the next working day after shipping. This is a very reliable service and whilst most customers receive their goods the next working day it is not absolutely guaranteed as carriers can have logistical problems.
Smaller items that are shipped in packets for instance, will be posted and should arrive in 2-3 days. If you need these items sooner, please call us and we will endeavour to help where possible.
Please note that delivery can be anytime between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday. If you need your delivery to be made in a specific time slot, please call us to discuss the options available.
Next working day delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at our warehouse. Please call us to check availability if it is an urgent order.

Local deliveries using our own vehicles
Delivery of some products (mainly garden tractors and attachments) is limited to the local area as indicated by the list of postcodes below. Delivery is direct from our store in Swanwick using our own vehicles. One of our sales staff will personally contact you and arrange a convenient time to deliver your purchase.
