All Mitox log splitters have been designed to make splitting logs easier, quicker and safer than some traditional methods; whether you are splitting a small amount of wood in a shed or garage, or a larger amount out onsite, the Mitox range has a log splitter to suit your needs.
The 41LSH SELECT is a horizontal log splitter that is compact yet powerful and has been designed to handle most domestic wood splitting tasks. It is capable of producing up to 4 tonnes of splitting force and can handle logs up to 37cm in length and 25cm in diameter; once the two control switches have been activated, the reinforced pushblock will drive the log into the splitting wedge, quickly and safely splitting the log down into two smaller pieces.
The safety cage which covers the splitting platform will prevent the wood or any debris from the splitting process from leaving the area keeping the user safe, while also ensuring the working area stays isolated and clear for maximum safety. As with the other splitters in the range, the two handed operating process will ensure hands are clear from potential danger throughout the process.
The long 5 metre power cable provides more flexibility to cut wood in a suitable location and the transport wheels mean that you can position the splitter exactly where it is needed. This log splitter also benefits from a 3 year domestic warranty giving you peace of mind with your new purchase.

Delivery by carrier
For most purchases of £120 inc VAT and over, we offer FREE delivery via carrier to UK mainland except for the Highlands and islands (priced separately by postcode). However, we only deliver ride-on mowers locally and use our own vehicles to do this, see below.
PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland for many of our machines and accessories; we may have to cancel and refund your order if we are unable to complete this for you.
For purchases of less than £120 inc VAT, there is a small charge of £6 inc VAT
Aspen fuel deliveries will incur an £18 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
Westermann brush deliveries will incur a £36 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
We will contact you if any other charge might apply based on location or product.
Our delivery service is operated by contracted carriers.
Larger boxed items would normally be delivered to you the next working day after shipping. This is a very reliable service and whilst most customers receive their goods the next working day it is not absolutely guaranteed as carriers can have logistical problems.
Smaller items that are shipped in packets for instance, will be posted and should arrive in 2-3 days. If you need these items sooner, please call us and we will endeavour to help where possible.
Please note that delivery can be anytime between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday. If you need your delivery to be made in a specific time slot, please call us to discuss the options available.
Next working day delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at our warehouse. Please call us to check availability if it is an urgent order.

Delivery is direct from our store in Swanwick using our own vehicles. One of our sales staff will personally contact you and arrange a convenient time to deliver your purchase.
