Cramer OPTIMUS™ ZTC122R Zero Turn Ride-on.

The OptimusZ, 82V mowers not only exceed the productivity of their traditional petrol and diesel rivals, they also showcase innovative product features not currently seen on any other zero turn mowers on the market. The 82V MEGA series battery delivers equivalent power up to 70hp to allow for all day cutting; it will deliver up to 8 hours runtime and will cover up to 100'000m² on a single charge. Recharging of the battery can be done overnight, or during the day thanks to a range of charging solutions available; the latest technology has gone into developing the battery making the Lithium-iron Phosphate battery safer and more efficient than Nickel Cobalt Manganese used on other brands.

The advanced cutting system features three independent blade motors which intelligently adjust to match the cutting conditions; this not only provides a superior cut but ensures maximum power delivery and extended cutting times to deliver consistent results. The blade motors are positioned in such a way that 70% of them are integrated beneath the deck for enhanced protection against grass wrapping while also offering enhanced cooling efficiency. The reinforced, impact-resistant blade spindles further ensure maximum protection, optimum operation and long-lasting performance.

The PowrTraq™ smart drive system sets new industry standards, eliminating maintenance-intensive transmission and instead replacing them with compact in-wheel hub motors which no only offer the best agility and traction control on any terrain, they can last over 2000 hours before needing maintenance! This system also eliminates the need for belts giving constant power to five independent electric motors saving costs on maintenance as well as being extremely efficient and allowing the OptimusZ to handle slopes up to 20° easily and safely.

The entire range of OptimusZ are built with durability and operator comfort in mind; featuring a robotically welded, 4.5mm thick steel deck with 5 anti-scalp wheels and reinforced caster arms; the deck includes a 6.4mm side wear plate to protect against scuffs when mowing up against walls and an additional 3.4mm layer around the motors adding an extra layer of durability in the toughest conditions. The seat has built-in arm rests, a seatbelt, adjustment backwards and forwards and fully adjustable suspension allowing you to adjust for any operator; its central and raised positioning also allows for exceptional visibility. Bi-directional lighting on the fully-foldable ROPS and lights front and on the sides gives maximum visibility in low lighting conditions and the flashing rear LEDs give great visibility for pedestrians greatly improving safety for everyone.

THE ZTC122R

This is the most compact of the range yet it still features all the same innovative features as the larger ZTC132R, just in a smaller machine. It is fitted with a 122cm wide, fabricated rear discharge deck which has the option of converting to a high-performance mulcher. The cutting height is very easy to change and you are able to cut from 25mm all the way up to 127mm with 17 settings to choose from.

It is fitted with the MEGA 24K battery pack which has a 24kWh capacity and is capable of cutting up to 65'000m² on a single charge. This battery powers two 5kW drive motors and three 2kW cutting motors to give exceptional performance for up to 8 hours which will rival a 65hp petrol machine; when it is time to recharge, you can do this overnight with the included the charger.

All the OptimusZ range are IPX4 rated allowing you to operate in sun or rain and this includes the user-friendly LCD operator screen which displays numerous settings including various statuses and also the current drive speed.
