The all-new i2 LiDAR robotic mower needs no wires and no antenna in order to mow, thanks to the latest in LiDAR-powered navigation, the i2 LiDAR is ready to mow the moment it is taken out of the box. Simply connect, tap start and the mower will scan and begin to map your lawn within seconds it really is that easy; as well as installation being quick and easy, the ongoing adjustments and control are just as simple thanks to Alexa and Google Home compatibility. 

WHAT IS LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging)?
This is an active remote sensing technology that measures distances to objects by emitting rapid laser pulses and then recording the time it takes for the light to reflect back; these measurements generate high-resolution 3D point clouds creating precise digital, three-dimensional models of the surrounding environment. The i210E LiDAR uses this next-generation technology to generate a richly detailed map with almost no blind spots allowing every contour and corner of your garden to be captured and stored. The high-resolution LiDAR camera supports steady, continuous navigation in all conditions, with no need for satellite or cellular coverage.

• 200'000 points per second = More precise and more detailed map of your garden giving the exact location to within millimetres
• 4 x higher resolution = Clearer, sharper details captured and stored versus other robotic mowers on the market.
• 70 metre range = Allows the i2 to see further and react better to obstacles and changes in it's environment.
• 50 metre scan interval = The i2 scans more allowing it to react faster and keep on mowing. 

The combination of LiDAR and vision allows the i210E LiDAR to create it's own reliable navigation network without being dependable on satellites meaning position and accuracy remain stable even in challenging scenes. The EFLS LiDAR dual system will allow the mower to navigate confidently through narrow passages down to 70cm in width, continue to cut and navigate even under tree canopies and also work into the night with no drop in performance or accuracy.

There are over 200 obstacles programmed and built-in to the system with everything from chair legs, to children's toys and other small objects that may be left on the lawn, it also has the ability to recognise overhead risks such as swings and trampolines and will only pass when clearance has been confirmed. The i210E is also able to detect over 20 different types of animals from a distance of 1 metre or more, it will automatically slow and keep a cautious buffer distance through operation giving it time to react if needed. The LiDAR system used in the i210E is solid state unlike many competitor machines which use mechanical LiDAR, solid-state has no moving parts and is embedded into the machine rather than being fitted externally, this offers a robust and long-lasting solution built to last giving you greater peace of mind.

Equipped with GeoSketch technology which generates vivid, real-scene maps within the Navimow app to give a true-to-life view of your garden. This is not only more pleasing to the eye but allows you to visually adjust edges and fine-tune your mowing plan with intuitive point-and-tap controls. You will always be in control of the i2 even if you aren't at home.

The all-new integrated ESC (Electronic Stability Control) system continuously adjusts the wheel behaviour to maintain straight, stable motion on any incline. Unlike 2-wheel mowers, it will keep the i210E LiDAR perfectly aligned for consistent, even results when encountering lateral movement, in-place hill turns, hill reverse and even on diagonal hill climbs. This along with Segway's patented traction control system will ensure minimal slippage when the ground is uneven or slippery. It will actively detect wheel slip and adjusts the wheel speed in real time to prevent digging thus giving smooth traction and protecting your grass.
