The STIGA Park 500 W is fitted as standard with the Combi 100cm QuickFlip Q Plus mower deck with electric height of cut adjustment. This QuickFlip technology provides quick access for maintenance and cleaning. For cleaning or maintenance mode, simply pull the handle to lift the cutting deck into a raised position. Easy to switch between high quality mulching and rear discharge for tougher conditions by just removing a baffle plate.
Powered by the powerful STIGA ST550 twin cylinder 586cc petrol engine and driven by a hydrostatic transmission for excellent control of the machine.
This model also benefits from power steering for effortless handling and manoeuvring.
The STIGA 500 W also has an easily reached compact side dashboard and a compartment on the seat column to store your belongings and LED headlights for mowing even in poor light.
Why mulching? Mulching spreads finely chopped grass over your lawn that decomposes returning valuable nutrients into the soil. Think of it as a natural, invisible eco-fertilizer that protects against drought. Mulching your lawn is also much quicker - eliminating the need to stop multiple times to empty the grass collector, typically saving 30% of your time. All-round ‘win-win’.
All Stiga Parks have a special mid-point articulation for exceptional manoeuvrability. This makes it possible to follow curving border edges precisely without dropping a wheel off the edge and scalping the lawn. The rear wheels will follow exactly in the path of the front wheels. This is particularly useful when mowing next to fences and walls. It's possible to turn away from the obstacle without the rear of the mower hitting it. It also makes it ideal for mowing into the tightest corners, around the most complex of obstacles and because the cutter deck is out the front it makes it easy to get up to and under bushes and shrubs.

Delivery by carrier
For most purchases of £120 inc VAT and over, we offer FREE delivery via carrier to UK mainland except for the Highlands and islands (priced separately by postcode). However, we only deliver ride-on mowers locally and use our own vehicles to do this, see below.
PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland for many of our machines and accessories; we may have to cancel and refund your order if we are unable to complete this for you.
For purchases of less than £120 inc VAT, there is a small charge of £6 inc VAT
Aspen fuel deliveries will incur an £18 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
Westermann brush deliveries will incur a £36 inc VAT delivery surcharge.
We will contact you if any other charge might apply based on location or product.
Our delivery service is operated by contracted carriers.
Larger boxed items would normally be delivered to you the next working day after shipping. This is a very reliable service and whilst most customers receive their goods the next working day it is not absolutely guaranteed as carriers can have logistical problems.
Smaller items that are shipped in packets for instance, will be posted and should arrive in 2-3 days. If you need these items sooner, please call us and we will endeavour to help where possible.
Please note that delivery can be anytime between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday. If you need your delivery to be made in a specific time slot, please call us to discuss the options available.
Next working day delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at our warehouse. Please call us to check availability if it is an urgent order.

Delivery is direct from our store in Swanwick using our own vehicles. One of our sales staff will personally contact you and arrange a convenient time to deliver your purchase.
