The FS 561 C-EM is STIHL's most powerful petrol clearing saw designed to complete the toughest of jobs. The powerful 2.8kW engine, cutting diameter of 560mm and 38mm reinforced shaft, make it ideal for clearing large areas quickly and efficiently. It comes with the WoodCut 225-24 circular saw blade which is perfectly designed to cut through larger trees as well and tough bushes and thorny trees.
The clutch housing on the FS 561 C-EM is more robust meaning it can sustain heavy use for longer periods of time; the 2-MIX motor and M-Tronic 3.0 management system also make sure the engine delivers consistent performance a longer service life. The M-Tronic engine management system also makes manual carburettor adjustments unnecessary by constantly monitoring external conditions and adjusting the fuel metering & ignition timing to ensure you will also get a consistent engine performance.
It has a larger fuel tank to allow for increased cutting time between stops, a reinforced shaft and a 4-point anti-vibration system to dampen engine vibrations and significantly reduce vibrations felt at the handles. The simplified starting system, STIHL ErgoStart system and the manual fuel pump (purger) all work together to make this brush cutter easier to start and the multi-function control handle with its easy thumb-operated control means your hand never has to leave the handle. This model also has a winter setting which will help stop the air filter and carburettor from freezing in those colder winter months; this setting is easy to switch to and from with the handy slide control situated on the engine body.
The bike-handle design allows for a smooth mowing action and can easily be guided side-to-side allowing you to cover larger areas quicker, when used in conjunction with the supplied harness, use even over longer periods of time is comfortable and less tiring.
The STIHL FS 561 C-EM is supplied with a WoodCut 225-24 circular saw blade but it is highly versatile and can be used with a wide selection of cutting tools and attachments.
