The EASY petrol post driver has been designed, developed and manufactured by Christie Engineering in Australia.
Constructed using high-quality materials and precision engineering techniques, it has been designed for use in the the harsh Australian environment and built to give it the longest possible working life, this is fully backed by a 5 year machine warranty and a 1 year Honda engine warranty for peace of mind.
It is a commercial grade machine which has been designed to make knocking any profile post into even the hardest of ground, easy to do in just a matter of seconds. This model (Classic 50) uses the larger, more powerful Honda GX50 4-stroke engine giving you additional performance over the GX35 model, it still remains lightweight with only an extra kg in weight but provides a higher blow rate for increased working efficiency. It is good for posts over 3" and up to around 4", if you have a lot of posts to install and will be working for extended hours, you may want to consider the MAX107 model instead. The Classic 50 uses air compression to strike the post a minimum of 1780 times per minute using a 75mm diameter drive hammer, this creates a vibration in the post which causes the earth to liquify allowing the post to move quickly and easily into the ground.

This model is supplied with one adapter of your choice. The adapter needs to fit snugly over the post with an allowance of up to 10mm, this will allow the machine to work efficiently while preventing damage to both the posts and the machine. If you have a variety of different sized posts, you may need a range of adapters to suit, you are able to purchase this machine with a multi-adapter kit HERE.
*PLEASE NOTE* For larger sizes of post such as 100mm (both round and square) or 5x3" rectangle, it is recommended to use the Pilot Core Tool first (HERE) and for posts without a uniform shape such as a Y or Z shape, choose the adapter with the smallest diameter for fitting around the post.
