The STIHL BGA 86 is a very powerful, easy to use and comfortable to operate cordless blower making it perfect for professional use in large, urban areas. This model has up to 50% more blowing power than the BGA 85, a reduced overall weight, and an ultra-compact blower unit powered by a high-performance EC motor. All of these points in combination with a centre of gravity close to the handle, makes it perfectly balanced for ease of use with a greater amount of manoeuvrability.
Weighing only 2.8kg (excluding battery) it is a well balanced, low vibration blower which is comfortable to use for longer periods of time and with a low noise level compared to petrol products, it is ideal for use in noise sensitive areas. It is driven by a powerful, lightweight & compact motor which is extremely energy efficient; it generates low vibrations, runs quietly and generates no fumes making it ideal to be used in larger areas such as playing fields or car parks.
The round blower tube is adjustable to suit a variety of users and has three stages of use, this helps to reduce unnecessary power loss while maintaining the optimum level of blowing force. The easy to use variable speed control, multi-function handle makes this machine easy to control with just one hand and can be used in either the left, or the right hand.
This blower is part of STIHL's AP battery range and is therefore compatible with all AP batteries giving varying run-times; for longer periods of use, STIHL recommend the AR backpack battery.
